Background
If you need to make the same change to multiple tickets, you can use the bulk edits tool to take the same action for multiple returns at once.
Current bulk editing tools include:
- Moving a list of tickets to one site
- Moving a list of tickets to one organization
- Sending a message to a list of clients
- Changing the status on multiple returns
- Assigning multiple returns to one user
In the process of bulk editing tickets, you'll also have the option to:
- Send an email or text message to all clients edited
- Add an internal note to all client profiles
