Background - Who Can Log In?

A client's ticket is created in the Hub after the client agrees to the client consent form. As long as a client has completed the consent form page in the intake questionnaire (it is one of the first pages), the client will be able to login to the client portal.

If the client has not completed the consent form and exits the intake questionnaire, they won't be able to login to the client portal. However, they can just start the intake process from the beginning using the same contact information.

After the client completes this page, they can login to the client portal.

As soon as the client completes the consent form, they will receive a notification from the Hub, including their client ID. The client will get a message by email or by text if they opted-into SMS communications.
