The pre-generated client messages connected to certain Hub statuses have been updated! We hope these edits will make it easier for you to send reliable updates to your clients without having to draft a new message each time. Of course, you can edit these message templates and add additional information before hitting send.

Our team spent this summer working through a major cross-disciplinary collaboration to resolve the underlying issues with this feature and rebuild it better than before.
