GetYourRefund’s client portal logic has been improved to prevent client confusion during the e-signature moment! As a reminder, clients see an “Add final signature” action item in their client portal when it’s time to submit their e-signature.
To ensure all necessary documents are available to the client during this step, the updated logic now requires the following items to be present before clients can take this action:
If any of these steps are missing, the client portal will not display the “Add final signature” action item to the client.
