Client Portal Redesign

We know how much time and energy goes into completing tax returns —and how frustrating delays or endless status checks can be for both you and your clients. To help you work more efficiently and deliver a smoother experience for our clients, the client portal is undergoing a significant redesign! Here’s a first look at what’s changing:

• A navigation menu with links to all of the main sections
• The use of labels, instead of a percentage progress bar, to help clients easily identify where they are at in the process
• Alert callouts to help clients understand when they need to take action
• A redesigned e-signature page that will allow clients to either sign their return or decline to sign
• A new Tax Returns page that will display the client’s Final Tax Documents
• A new Settings page that will display the client’s contact information and bank account details
