Thank you for volunteering with GetYourRefund over the past five tax seasons! Our volunteer program began in 2020 and helped us scale GetYourRefund to meet the moment of the pandemic, during which many brick-and-mortar VITA sites were closing and turning to virtual for the first time and access to tax benefits was more important than ever. As volunteers, you ensured that clients could complete the GYR filing process despite gaps in our product functionality. We know that 48% of GYR clients landed in the Needs Doc Help status, and last year alone, volunteers assisted 5,220 clients and saved tax teams 408 hours. That’s incredible and we cannot thank you enough for dedicating your time and talent to our shared mission of helping clients access their tax benefits. ❤️
