June: Needs docs help is the first status we are monitoring. Clients are here because they have specifically checked a box during the online intake saying that they need help.

To find clients, we can select four items: Status, Language, Service Type and check unassigned. The default sort will automatically put the Waiting for Response clients at the top.

  1. Needs Docs Help + English/Spanish + Online + Unassigned
  2. Greeter - Info Requested + English/Spanish + Online + Unassigned
  3. Not Ready + English/Spanish + Online + Unassigned
